Pain is a signal. Just like a warning light. Our aim is to help you find solutions quickly. The physics of the body operate with two main forces: compression and tension. When tissue is too tense by being pulled apart, it can cause pain symptoms. By supporting overly compressed areas that are often below or opposite of the symptom, we can reduce tension-related pain in the lower half of the body. Pain rarely happens in isolation. Altered muscle tone tells a story about how other tissues may be struggling.
Many pains in the lower half of the body can be relieved with a neoprene band that has a velcro attachment. This wrap is 4.5 feet long and 2-3 inches wide. It works for different types of pain and fits all adult sizes. If your thighs are larger than your knees, skip the above-knee support. Begin with a tighter fit, then loosen it for comfort once you feel relief. Give it a try! This may not be the entire healing solution needed. However it may reduce the pain and get you started on your healing journey!
